​Collection and Recycling Arrangements in The Netherlands

Avdel® products are sold in the Netherlands by Concessionaires. The Concessionaire acts as the importer of the equipment into the Netherlands. Thus the Concessionaire has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in the Netherlands.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Avdel® products that the dealer sells in the Netherlands.
